Frequently asked questions
No. The ranked ladder runs on your own machine at home, and a monthly membership unlocks matchmaking and your replay vault. If you would rather play on tournament hardware, book a seat on the Shoreditch LAN floor and everything is provided.
Bootcamps are grouped by tier so you are always training with players near your level. We run separate blocks for Ember–Gold, Platinum–Diamond, and Ascendant hopefuls. If you are unsure where you sit, book a free trial scrim and a coach will place you.
We are at 58 Rivington Street, Shoreditch, London EC2A 3AY, a two-minute walk from Old Street station. The LAN floor is open Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 to 23:00. Ranked matchmaking and support run 24/7 online.
Yes. The main stage seats a full 5v5 with casting desk, stream overlay, and an operator on hand. Reach out through the contact form or call us and we will send availability and a per-day quote based on your format.
Players aged 16 and over can join the ladder and bootcamps directly. Under-16s are welcome on the LAN floor and at events when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some prize-pool tournaments have their own minimum age listed on the event page.
